In the 1960s, several children disappeared in the German town of Pirmasens, and an entire region was searching for answers – and for someone to blame. The film tells not only of the families’ grief, but also of the tragic fate of Günter Justus, who, despite a lack of evidence, became the focus of the investigation. A story about loss, prejudice, and wounds that never heal.
