ℹ️ Installation instructions ℹ️

1. Make sure that there are no foreign objects such as abrasion, wear particles, defects or dirt in the motor. If any of the above criteria apply, we recommend dismantling the motor and cleaning it thoroughly. Also use fresh grease when assembling the gear to ensure optimal function and longevity.
2. Before installing the gear, make sure that the freewheel function is working properly. To check this, hold the plastic gear and turn the drive shaft: the shaft should lock in one of the two directions.
3. The replacement gear is pressed onto the drive shaft using a small hydraulic press, a mandrel press or alternatively a vice (see assembly video).
4. Please install the gear according to the instructions in the assembly video and ensure that it is precisely and straightly aligned on the drive shaft.
