The skirt is gathered at the waist with a contrast hem of aqua striped cotton embellished with coral rick rack.  Two coral fabric flower adorn the skirt.  The dress fastens in back with buttons.  Finish the ensemble with the matching visor.  The visor is made of floral print and lined with aqua striped cotton.  The visor features coral rick rack around the brim and a coral fabric flower on one side.  The visor ties behind her neck with coral ribbon ties.
