The Perfect All-In-One Powerhouse!

I recently purchased this 2025 HP Ultrabook as a gift, and it has exceeded every expectation. The recipient uses it daily for both high-level business work and personal use at home, and he absolutely loves the quality, functionality, speed and reliability.
The fact that it comes with Lifetime MS Office and Windows 11 Pro already included is a huge value-addβit was ready to go right out of the box without any extra subscriptions or setup headaches.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to the vendor! The laptop arrived much sooner than the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise and ensured it was under the tree just in time for Christmas. Between the premium hardware and the stellar service, I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend!

Defective Computer Returned in Original Condition β Unfair $60 Deduction
Capacity: 16GB RAM + 628GB Storage, Color: Natural Silver
I would like to report this seller for unfair and fraudulent conduct. The computer that was sent to me was defective and did not power on or function upon arrival.
Because the item was not working, I returned it in exactly the same condition in which it was received, including all accessories and components. The item was properly packaged and returned without any damage caused by me.
Despite this, I was charged a $60 deduction/refund reduction, which I believe is completely unjustified. The seller is attempting to hold me responsible for a condition that existed before I received the computer.
I respectfully request that this case be reviewed, that the seller's conduct be investigated, and that the unjustified $60 deduction be refunded to me.
The product was defective from the beginning, and I fulfilled my obligation by returning it in the same condition in which it was received.

Great laptop but will need to purchase additional Cloud space

Great laptop for the price. I got the 16GB RAM + 628GB, Windows 11. It comes with MS office lifetime plus the mouse, portable SSD, earbuds. You'll most likely have to purchase additional Cloud space bit for $21.00 a year, it's not bad. Be careful if you pair the laptop with your phone for pictures as it brings all pictures over to your laptop. It takes up a lot of space. I'd recommend purchasing this laptop.

Great Computer
Absolutely thrilled with this computer, plenty fast enough for me with all the research I do. Seems to have good storage and performs very well so far. Setup was very fast and easy. I do like the included Microsoft Edge Browser. I don't play games on PC but tried a few for just trying out and It did very well. Connects very well to my Starlink. Great appearance and silent as well. I feel it is a very good value for my money, and I am happy with it.
