Quiet and Effective frother/mixer and Terrific Customer Service
Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother Wand
We ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run βfull powerβ and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage.
I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit.
Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two βstandardβ wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes.
What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally canβt do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in βhandyβ for us.
We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service! Thank you!

Powerful and silent!

Wow, call me impressed! I just got the rechargeable version in blue and it's gorgeous! The metal shaft is thick, high quality and long enough to reach the bottom of a tall mug. And the double whip end works like magic. I had a cheaper frother (another brand) and this one blows it away! I couldn't even get much of a froth with my other one and having to hold the button the whole time was annoying. One press of this button and my milk was frothed in seconds. I didn't even use the higher setting! My morning latte is very happy.

Powerful, rechargeable battery, easy to use & clean

2 speeds, easy to change back and forth to different speeds with one click , easily blends 1/4 cup protein powder in 12 oz milk on low speed. Easy to clean: Stick blending wand in tall glass with warm water + dish soap, turn on low speed to clean easily (donβt stick the part that holds the battery in glass). Also of note, chosen by Americas Test Kitchen as best milk frother but I use it to make protein shakes.

Works great on bullet coffee!!

I am really pleased with this frother! Frothers I have used in the past didnβt mix my decaf coffee, 2% milk, and MCT oil as thoroughly as I like (oil and coffee separated). This frother blends everything AND I get a nice layer of frothy milk on top!!! Charge lasts a long and the froth can be submerged all the way up to the button!!!
