Perennial. Sea Holly requires cold stratification for successful germination. Plant in full sun, spacing plants 12–18 inches apart. Sea Holly prefers well-drained soil, even poor or sandy, and is drought-tolerant once established. This hardy plant requires minimal maintenance and will return year after year.
