This media should be kept moist but not soaked at all times. If African Violets are permitted to dry to a wilting stage there can be root damage. Room temperature water should always be used in watering to prevent foliage damage resulting from cold water application to roots. They are quite good.

I used to take flintstone chewable vitamins ( yes I’m an adult, but I prefer chewable vitamins). I don’t like the way they get so discolored before I can use the whole bottle. Decided to try these. The formula is a bit different, but sufficient for me. I actually found I like them a lot. Yes they ate all orange flavored, but quite nice. A bit softer than the others, and smaller. I think these will be my go to vitamins now.
