Tillandsia Juncifolia are a light to medium green Air Plant with grassy foliage. The color, height, and texture of this plant is helpful when looking for variation in grouping plants. I tend to use these frequently in arranging for this reason. This species is hardy with, short trichomes, giving them a soft surface. Juncifolia produces a spiked bloom. When grown in high light Juncifolia can blush red on the tips. All of our plants ship green. When available we try to ship with blush or bloom.
These plants are low maintenance, making them a great choice for people who are new to indoor plants.
They need regular daily indirect or filtered sunlight (so fine for desks, shelves, bathrooms or bedrooms). A weekly water is all they require - although you can always give them a mist in between if they look a little dry.
Air plants prefer regular air circulation, so we suggest open terrariums rather than the kind with lids.
