Application (from the manufacturer):
Blend Super Plus lightly into the soil before seeding.
Vegetables: 15 lbs per 1000 sq. feet when planting. Then side dress throughout the season.
Flowers: 7 lbs per 1000 sq. feet in spring and fall.
