Scientific Name: Monstera deliciosa

-Care Recommendations By The Dude-

Best for These Animals:Frogs and amphibians, tropical lizards, and small to moderate-sized snakes from tropical or humid climates.

Bio Dude Substrates: TerraFlora, TerraFauna, TerraFirma

Soil Depth: Moderate to deep; can climb and root up wood.

Lighting: Part shade to bright light; do not place directly under heat lamp.

Humidity & Misting: Prefers humidity between 50% and 60%, but can take higher.  Root system can grow in water features.

Mature Plant Size & Root System: This fast growing bushy plant will form vines that will creep and climb wherever it can! If allowed to climb, the leaves will get larger and develop more "splits" (called fenestrations!) as they mature. Vigorous root system will burrow deep and/or form aerial roots to cling to surfaces in high humidity environments.  Can reach up to 3ft tall and wide, occasionally larger, will reach up for light source and topple over to root along the ground, or in water.

Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium: Between 65 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, prefers between 70 and 80 degrees.  Due to its eventual size, it is usually best placed at the back or along the sides of the terrarium.

Edibility & Side Effects if Ingested: Monstera are members of the family Araceae, so they contain low levels of oxalic acid and sharp calcium oxalate crystals known as raphides. Ingestion is not recommended and may cause oral irritation, however, reptiles and amphibians do not typically ingest it.

Pot Size & Packaging: A single 4" potted philodendron Monstera plant is shipped in the pot, wrapped in paper.

Monkee-doodle loves that it has a crinkle sound when playing tug-of -war
Color: Crinkle Chicken (Yellow), Size: Large
Monkee-doodle likes this toy because it has a squeaker and it also has a crinkle noise maker inside. She loves playing with the toy and it’s easy to spot since it is bright yellow in color. It is suitable for dogs and doesn’t have any pieces that can come loose and harm your pet.

Love it.
Color: Bunny (Beige), Size: Large
Good quality and well worth the price. My dog loves it. The squeaky part is fun, and the crinkly, tear-resistant paper in the ears makes playtime even more exciting.

Great for my aggressive chewers
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1), Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Wears my Labs out. Fred the yellow lab chooses this pig ear over all his nyla and natural chews out of the toy box all the time. This is the 4th one in his 6 years. They have lasted long and when new are large enough I don’t have to worry about choking. As they get down in size I throw them just as a precaution. The only con I can think of is Fred loves to slam it down on the pergola floor which makes for a very loud clacky sound and it scares the $%^ out of me. He of course thinks it’s funny so he picks it up and continues to do it. As long as he and his brother Willie can chew I will always have these in their toy box.

Great chew toy for large, tough chewers
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
My dog is a heavy, strong chewer over 100 lbs who will chew this for an hour. It lasts, keeps him occupied and the smell isn’t terrible. Love the large size for a larger dog. Great buy.
