Roots will grow full and large with improved stem thickness, and less water loss through leaves allowing the plants to hold up to dry spells. This fertilizer will also act as an antidote to excess nitrogen and help plants resist disease. Apply twice per growing season as a side-dressing along the base of each plant at a rate of 1 lb. per 50 sq. ft. and scratch into soil.
