You'll Be Hooked!

The Senecio Radicans Glauca or ‘String of Fish Hooks’ is a hybrid succulent variety to add to your ‘Strings’ collection! ‘Glauca’, derived from the Greek glaukós refers to it’s blue-green coloring that differentiates it from it’s popular sister, the ‘String of Bananas’ which is a pure green color.

Don't Confuse String Of Fish Hooks With Other Strings!

You can also tell the difference but looking at the shapes of the ‘Hooks’- these are longer and flatter than that of it’s sister which are a rounder, more plump shape. However that’s about it as far as differences go. If you do have a collection of ‘String’ plants such as ‘Hearts’, ‘Pearls’ or 'Dolphins' the care guidelines are the same. They require high light conditions and must be allowed to dry between waterings.

Historical Background Of String Of Fish Hooks

The Senecio Radicans Glauca, commonly known as the ‘String of Fish Hooks’, is a hybrid succulent originating from Southern Africa. It is a variation of the more common ‘String of Bananas’, distinguished by its blue-green color and unique leaf shape. This hybrid was cultivated to offer a new aesthetic while maintaining the easy care and drought tolerance of its predecessors. Its popularity in collections is a testament to its appealing visual qualities and adaptability.

Smell of plastic
Flavor Name: Pig Ears, Size: 12 Count (Pack of 1)
These had a very off-putting smell right out of the bag - each one smelled like plastic, almost as if they’d been sitting in the packaging for too long. My dog wouldn’t touch them at all, which says everything. Would not purchase again.

AWESOME HEALTHY DENTAL TREATS for any dog.
Pattern Name: Half Ears (40-pack)
THESE ARE AWESOME!! Though I need to cut these pig ears with an industrial pair of sheers (cutting scissors), my three 6 lb Chihuahuas LOVE these treats. It also keeps them busy chewing so daddy can get some work done. They are most importantly great for cleaning my dogs tiny Chihuahua teeth. 😁😉. These are a MUST BUY for anyone seeking a healthy, affordable, teeth-cleaning option for any size dog.

Dogs enjoy them
Pattern Name: Half Ears (15-pack)
The brand I usually get them was not available at this time from Amazon and my other retailer only had large white cow ears, which don't look appealing to me even though my schnoodle is in the with knawing on them , the sound of him taking them apart in bed in the middle of the night is something to wake up to. So I was glad to have this recommended as a substitute, and they look like they are flavor to them, the are on assorted sizes and the dogs seem to like them and in the long run that's all that matters

These pig ears are big
Pattern Name: Full Ears (25-pack)
These pig ears are pretty big, great for large dogs. My dogs love them! I keep them refrigerated, for freshness and my dogs love them cold.
