About Pothos Foetidus Mother Tincture Q  – Homeopathic Remedy for Asthma, Throat Pain & Dust Allergy

Also known as Dracontium Foetidum, Ictodes Foetida, Symplocarpus Foetidus

Pothos Foetidus Mother Tincture, commonly referred to as skunk cabbage, is a versatile homoeopathic remedy, primarily used to address respiratory issues. This potent remedy is especially effective in alleviating asthma symptoms, throat pain, and enlarged glands. Its unique action makes it an ideal choice for those suffering from asthmatic complaints, particularly when symptoms worsen from inhaling dust and improve following bowel movements. It is also beneficial in treating mental symptoms like absent-mindedness and headaches, especially when associated with throbbing in the temporal arteries. Other notable symptoms include a red, swollen nose and sneezing that aggravates throat pain. The remedy also addresses spasmodic and erratic abdominal pain, with improvement observed in the open air.

Key Benefits of Pothos Foetidus:

  • Provides relief from headaches, especially in small, targeted spots
  • Helps alleviate swelling, itching, and redness of the skin
  • Effective in managing glandular enlargement in the throat
  • Soothes throat pain and reduces numbness of the tongue
  • Relieves anxiety linked to breathlessness and chest constriction
  • Offers support for respiratory ailments like asthma and breathlessness, particularly when symptoms worsen with dust inhalation

Detailed Patient Profile:

Face:
Swelling and redness above the nasal bone, creating a painful, red "saddle" across the nose. Red spots may also appear on the cheeks, increasing discomfort.

Mouth:
The tongue feels numb and unable to touch the teeth, with elevated papillae, creating an uncomfortable sensation in the mouth.

Respiratory System:
Sudden episodes of anxiety often accompany breathing difficulties and sweating, which are relieved by bowel movements. The chest may feel tight or constricted, with a constant urge to draw deep breaths. Asthma symptoms are triggered by dust exposure and improve in open air.

Dosage:
The dosage of Pothos Foetidus varies depending on the individual’s condition, age, and sensitivity. Typical doses range from 3-5 drops taken 2-3 times daily, though some cases may require less frequent doses (e.g., once a week or even longer intervals). It is essential to follow your physician’s guidance when using this remedy.

Note: Avoid food or drinks for a few minutes before and after taking the medication to ensure its efficacy.

Safety Information:

Side Effects: No known side effects when taken in therapeutic doses.
Contraindications: No contraindications have been reported for this remedy.

Pothos Foetidus Mother Tincture is a safe and effective homeopathic solution for respiratory and glandular issues, providing relief from both physical symptoms and the anxiety that often accompanies breathing difficulties.

I loved the switch!
New Yorker Haley found herself on a remote Australian cattle station working as a Jillaroo. One of her roommates is veteran rancher Jenna who is to show her the ropes as part of the contract with this fully paid "switch!". They soon find out that Haley is the worst Jillaroo ever, but she tries very hard and never gives up. I loved all the Aussie terms and descriptions and felt comfortably immersed in the Outback experience! Cheyenne wrote a beautiful story that was serious, yet humorous, filled with very enjoyable characters. I also enjoyed the way in which she crafted their love story and the way in which Haley became a part of the ranch's community. Well done, Cheyenne. This book was totally enjoyable!

Fascinating journey …
Beautifully written piece about Jenna and Hayley’s finding love and the contentment of home. It’s interesting being a part of two women’s journey to each other. Actually, it’s a gift. The secondary characters were equally as strong and very relatable. I enthusiastically, heartily, and unequivocally recommend this and all of Cheyenne Blue’s works. Her writing style pulls you in and doesn’t release you until the epilogue. Even then, I will sit with this account of a beautiful relationship between two strong warriors and the community in which they live for some time. Thank you. Peace. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💕🐾

Another awesome read from Cheyenne Blue!
I loved this book! I wanted to read it as soon as I heard the premise. The idea of taking the chance to be tossed into who knows what setting, even with money involved, is an adventure I would never have the courage to do - but it makes for a fantastic and entertaining story. After winning a "life swap" competition, Hayley, a NYC short order cook and bar tender has to go to the Australian Outback as a jilleroo; talk about a fish out of water! She is mentored by Jenna, experienced ranch hand. The development of their relationship as well as Hayley's evolution as a jillaroo is so much fun to follow along. Add in a great cast of characters, some glitches in the whole life swap arrangement, the beautifully described setting and a hard earned happy ending, and you end up with another awesome read from Cheyenne!

I laughed, I cried and I swooned! can a story ask for more?
Cheyenne Blue has pulled together a most beautiful background for a delightful love story. The style of writing is skillfully crafted and lovingly brilliant, believable and drags emotions through the gamut of life. My heart is full and I am emotionally drained for the night! These characters are so fully realized and fit the austerity of the Australian Outback, the color and clarity is woven in every sense. Yes, I really loved this story.
