Place in a bright spot with indirect light — near a window with a sheer curtain is ideal. The Areca Palm thrives with plenty of bright indirect light and will tolerate medium light, though growth will slow. Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry, ensuring the pot drains fully each time. Avoid overwatering as soggy soil can cause root rot and yellowing fronds. Maintain moderate to high humidity — mist the fronds occasionally or place near a humidifier for best results. Wipe the fronds gently with a damp cloth to keep them dust-free and vibrant.
