Philodendron Esmeralda Spirit
Philodendron esmeraldense × Philodendron spiritus-sancti

Another extraordinary hybrid from the spiritus-sancti lineage, the Esmeralda Spirit pairs one of Ecuador's most prized endemic philodendrons with the Brazilian grail species that has captivated collectors worldwide. Philodendron esmeraldense brings deep, glossy emerald-green foliage with elongated, lance-shaped leaves, bold pale midrib venation, and vigorous climbing energy native to the lowland tropical forests of Ecuador's Esmeraldas Province. Philodendron spiritus-sancti contributes its legendary narrow, pendulous leaf silhouette and the prestige of one of the most sought-after aroids in existence. The resulting hybrid carries elongated, deep green leaves with a refined, tapering elegance that hints strongly at the spiritus-sancti lineage while benefiting from the robust, adaptable growth habit of the esmeraldense parent. Still exceptionally new and scarce in cultivation, the Esmeralda Spirit is a serious collector's hybrid — one for those who chase lineage as much as aesthetics.

  • Light: Bright indirect light ideal. Tolerates moderate light but produces noticeably smaller leaves and slower growth. No direct sun — scorches the glossy foliage.
  • Water: Water when top 2-3" of medium has dried out. Keep consistently moist but never waterlogged. Excellent drainage essential — soggy roots are the primary threat to this plant's health.
  • Humidity: 65-80% preferred. Both parent species are native to high-humidity tropical environments. A dedicated humidifier is strongly recommended for best growth and leaf development.
  • Soil: Chunky, well-draining aroid mix — orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir with good organic content. Provide a moss pole or trellis — climbing support is essential for encouraging the larger, more refined leaf form this hybrid develops at maturity.
  • Fertilizer: Balanced liquid fertilizer at half strength every 2-4 weeks during active growth. Consistent nutrition supports the vigorous climbing habit inherited from the esmeraldense parent. Reduce in winter.
  • Temperature: 65-85°F (18-29°C). Keep above 60°F. No cold drafts or AC vents — strictly tropical with no cold tolerance.
  • Pests: Watch for thrips, spider mites, and mealybugs. Inspect new growth and leaf undersides regularly. Treat promptly at first sign with insecticidal soap, spinosad, or neem-based products.
  • Toxicity: Toxic to humans and pets if ingested. Contains calcium oxalate crystals causing irritation and swelling of the mouth, throat, and digestive tract.
  • Propagation: Stem cuttings taken just below a node, rooted in water or sphagnum moss in warm, humid conditions. As a hybrid, vegetative propagation is the only reliable method — seedlings will not reproduce the true Esmeralda Spirit.

Surprisingly good!
Format: Kindle
I wasn’t sure I could forgive them and that’s always my issue with betrayal books - can I forgive the mmc, plural in this case, but the author was absolutely able to get me to that point. Yea I struggled with one them especially but overall I loved the book!! Followed the author immediately

Amazing read!!
Format: Kindle
Where to begin. I loved this book. The characters had a way of pulling you in and making you holding your breath at the same time. I absolutely loved the fmc. Eva has a way of being vulnerable but strong. She is unwilling to give up. The mmc’s are truly horrible at the beginning. With that being said, I still found myself rooting for them. Over time you could them changing and how even when they wanted to hate her they just couldn’t find it in them. A truly remarkable love came from a terrible beginning. Loved it!

Not bad but read better omegaverse
Format: Kindle
Mmm. I have feelings. Some not good. Some good. It was an ok read. I've been on a omegaverse kick for awhile now. Love me some groveling alphas but this wasn't it. Actually there wasn't enough groveling and the fmc gave in WAY too quickly. They all have f'ed childhood. The alphas, Dorian, Rafe and Cade met at an orphanage that did unspeakable things to them until Dorian and Rafe aged out at 18 and had ti wait a few years until they could "adopt" Cade, who was 3 years younger than them. They all become successful entrepreneur of sort, I think. They created an app called HeatLink. The fmc, Eva, was sold to the pack by her horrible, abusing father. She endured just as much hardship. She is relentless with escaping the pack but she always gave in when they got too near. Like she couldn't keep her legs closed. She hates them but gave in everytime. I found her kind of weak in that sense. The overall plot was fine. Didn't leave me yearning to read the next page. I did clock one of the identity of someone quickly though. Don't want to spoil it. Again, I've read better omegaverse books. The one good thing about the book is one of the lines from Cade on page 218: ""Please Eva. I'm sorry." She staggered back and I followed her on my knees, dragging myself. I didn't care. I just wanted her to hold me."" I'll admit, I melted a little bit for Cade, even though he was probably the worse a-hole out of the bunch.

Good Groveling!
Format: Kindle
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5|🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.5 This was really good! Definitely a dark romance! The plot was really good and was done well. I enjoyed the character development but I did wish the FMC told her pack she loved them at the end. Overall I would recommend this to readers who like bully romances and groveling! 💖

it went on too long…
Format: Kindle
At first it was a good read and I was really into it then it got to be a little to much with every page being more about how “slick” she was or about constant sex… I like spice don’t get me wrong but this was just a little too much after a while and the plot was lost. I also felt like the ending was weird and awkward it was just a good build up to fall flat
