CowPots turn dark brown when wet, and

CowPots fully decompose with no waste or odor, providing high, nitrogen-rich fertilizer to your plants. They can be top or bottom watered. 

Naturally retains moisture, so make sure to not over-water. CowPots turn dark brown when wet, and light brown when it's time to water. Give the pot time to harden between watering. To maximize air circulation, leave space between pots. When seedlings are ready for planting, simply place the entire pot into soil, cover, then water.

CowPots last for months above ground, but once transplanted will begin to break-down and enhance your soil. Plant roots penetrate the CowPot wall, eliminating transplant shock.

These have turned out to be great everyday shoes for my 5 year old. She normally wears a size 10, but since that size wasn’t available, I ordered the 11 expecting her to grow into them.
